Hirer / Authorized Rider (‘Hirer’)

Hirer must produce a valid Singapore NRIC and Class 3,2B,2A OR 2 Driving License or a valid International Driving License & Valid Foreign Driving Licence and Passport or FIN card. Hirer guarantees that he / she is not under any suspension order on his/her. I agree to provide IC and Driving license for verification and rental purpose

Terms of Payment / Security Deposit

Hire charges and Security Deposit for the hire period is payable by The Hirer at the time of taking over the vehicle. The Hirer is to pay a mandatory above mention security deposit. It will be refunded back to The Hirer by bank transfer / digital wallet, 1 week from the end of the hiring period. The Owner will use the security deposit to offset any repairs, late fees, fines or summons incurred by The Hirer during the rental period. All rental charges paid in advance is non-refundable.

Rates / Petrol / Rental Extension / Replacement Vehicle / Towing/ Return of Vehicle

All rates quoted are in Singapore Currency, SGD & include insurance, maintenance and unlimited mileage. Minimum rental charge is one-day’s rate. Each excess hour is charged at $10 for bike and $50 for car. Vehicle collect between 12am to 6am consider the date before. Petrol level need to return same as collection, The Hirer will be liable to pay the refuelling cost at $4/litre. The vehicle must be refuel using unleaded petrol at all time. At any point if The Hirer wish to extend the hire period, The Hirer is to inform The Owner immediately and to make advance payment for the extension period, provided the hire extension is acceptable by The Owner. If for any reason, the vehicle ordered by the Hirer is not available, The Owner reserves the right to replace the vehicle with an alternative vehicle or if The Owner decline to provide an alternative vehicle, The Hirer shall be refunded with the hire charges and deposit (if any) without interest and shall have no further claims against The Owner. Please return before 10pm at shop and verify by shop worker. Late fees of $50 per day apply if returned after 10pm. Late fees is per day charge. No refund for early return of vehicle.

Probation Plate

For Hirer's that is still under the probation period. The Hirer must display the probation plate at all time when riding.

Maintenance / Replacement of vehicle/Towing

That includes the replacement of tyres (if required) and replacement of battery (if required). The Hirer must bring the vehicle to any of the branches listed below for monthly servicing if needed.

• Operation hours from Monday to Sunday 10am to 10pm daily, excluding public holidays.
• Do note that it's a must for The Hirer to bring the vehicle to The Owner's workshop for repairs only.

Should there be a need for The Hirer to leave the rented vehicle at The Owner workshop for repair more than 3 working day, rebate of $10 per day. Rebate count start from 3rd day onward from the date sent to workshop. Example sent to work shop on 1st Jan if the vehicle not yet ready on 3rd Jan, rebate will start from 4th Jan.

Liabilities / Fines / Damage to vehicle / Lost of vehicle / 3rd Party Claim Excess

Hirer shall be solely responsible for and hold the The Owner fully indemnified against all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, proceedings costs, expenses, fines, penalties and liabilities imposed on The Owner or arising in respect of any non compliance or contravention of any transport, traffic or other law or regulation, together with the cost and expense including but without limitation costs on a full indemnity basis relating thereto incurred by The Owner. Vehicle will pass to hirer as per current condition hirer have the right to reject but on accept mean hirer agree to use. Hirer have to be fully responsible on any fines while using the vehicle enforcement cost or inspection cost will bear by Hirer. The Hirer shall bear the cost of the repair, loss of use or rectification of any damages caused to the vehicle while in the possession of The Hirer. If the agreed rental vehicle is damaged to the extend that it is deemed by The Owner to be a total loss, The Hirer shall pay The Owner the cost of obtaining a replacement for the vehicle and shall also compensate The Owner the loss of use of the vehicle during the period of reinstatement or repairs. The Hirer shall also compensate The Owner all towing, storage and administrative charges. If the vehicle is stolen or otherwise lost whilst it is in the possession of the Hirer, the Hirer shall compensate The Owner the cost of obtaining a replacement vehicle and for loss of use for the period required to obtain the replacement. In case of accident, report immediately to company. If there is an accident that results or possibly results in any Third Party claim and the Owner Third Party insurance is involved. In case of accident of rider fault penalty of $2000 required to excess the insurance. Below 22 years old or less than 2years driving or riding experience insurance excess is $6000

Restriction on use

The Hirer covenants to use the vehicle only for Lawful and Legitimate purposes and not to use the vehicle for any unlawful purpose activity. Vehicle is restricted to Singapore use only. Hirer shall not take the said vehicle outside mainland of Singapore without the written consent of the Owner. Failure to comply with this term may entail serious consequences and The Hirer shall assumed personal and full responsibility. In event of the said vehicle being damaged, confiscated, forfeited or seized as a result thereof, The Hirer shall indemnify The Owner for all the losses incurred including the full value of the said vehicle. The vehicle is NOT covered by a motor insurance policy covering personal accident insurance for The Hirer and The Owner shall not be responsible for any liability, claims and injuries or otherwise in connection with any accident death or other losses arising from the use of the vehicle. The Hirer agrees that The Owner shall not be responsible for any liability, claim, loss damage or press of any kind or nature caused directly or indirectly by the vehicle or its use. Security Deposit will be forfeited if The Hirer exit Singapore with the vehicle without written consent by The Owner. The Owner reserve the rights to recover the vehicle from The Hirer and all costs of recovering the vehicle will be payable by The Hirer.

Cancellation & Other Conditions

Should The Hirer decided to terminate the rental contract prematurely, hirer may need to pay the 1 year insurance cost, admin fees $800 and security deposit will forfeit, The Hirer is liable to pay the remaining balance amount of the rental amount (number of months balance of monthly rental amount),example monthly rental is $1000, contact terminate 3 month before end hence hirer need to pay (insurance fees +$800 admin fees +$3000 termination fees)and other fees of late charger or towing. The Owner, at his discretion, may decide whether to reduce or waive off part of the monthly comprehensive maintenance component from the monthly rental amount. The monthly comprehensive maintenance component rate is to be determined by the The Owner. The Owner reserve the rights to terminate the rental without any liability should The Hirer failed to make the monthly rental prepayment in advance. The Owner can forfeit the security deposit placed for each vehicle. Upon termination of the Rental Agreement, The Hirer shall return the vehicle to any of The Owner workshops/location decide by owner. The returned vehicle should be repaired to its original condition before returning to The Owner. The Owner reserve the rights to repair the motorcycle to its original condition and offset the repair fees from the security deposit before refunding (if any), the balance amount to The Hirer. The Hirer is NOT ALLOWED to sublet or lend the hired vehicle to a third party, during or within the rental period. If the vehicle is found to be ridden by anyone other than The Hirer named in the Rental Agreement, the vehicle will be seized by The Owner without any refund. If The Hirer lend the vehicle to a third party without notification to The Owner, and the vehicle is involved in an accident, The Hirer will bear the whole cost of the claim and repair costs of the vehicle rented and other third party claims. If the vehicle is involved in an accident, The Hirer has to inform The Owner, the Police or other relevant authorities in writing of the accident and shall also notify The Owner in respect of any claim arising thereafter from the accident. No admission compromise offer payment or indemnity shall be made by The Hirer without The Owner's consent in writing. The Hirer shall render such information and assistance in connection with the accident as The Owner or its insurers may require. No repair is to be done without The Owner approval. If The Hirer is caught repairing the vehicle at any workshop unauthorized by The Owner, compensation of S$1,000.00 is payable to the Owner. The Hirer is REQUIRED to return the vehicle key when he / she rented from The Owner. Lost or damage of the key or key tag will be chargeable at $300.00 with chip and remote.$100 without chip and remote. Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to The Hirer accordingly to the repair costs to rectify the vehicle to the same condition as it was at the start of the rental. If the vehicle was used for racing, exiting Singapore without written consent, sublet / or lend without authorization by The Owner, each causes will be payable as an “compensation” of S$1,000.00 to The Owner by The Hirer and hirer need to full responsible for the illegal act issue

Personal Data Protection Act Consent Form In compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”), The OWNER seeks your consent to collect and use your personal data when necessary for events of insurance matters, furnishing fines offence and marketing purpose. I hereby as Hirer give my acknowledgment all given data is true and consent to OWNER to use my personal data for the aforesaid Purposes and Services. This agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore. I / We have read and agree to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
