PRIVATE VEHICLE LEASING AGREEMENT

This Vehicle Leasing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this day by and between:

1. Vehicle Details

• Make/Model: Tesla Model 3 RWD (Cat B)
• Vehicle Registration Number: SJQ666X

2. Leasing Period

• Start Date/Time: 7 July 2025, 
• End Date/Time: 18 July 2025
• Total Lease Duration: 11 days

3. Rental Fee

• Daily Rental Rate: $110
• Total Rental Amount: $1,210 (11 days × $110)
• Payment is to be made in full before or at the time of vehicle collection.

4. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of $1000 is to be collected prior to handover.
• Refundable within 5 working days after vehicle return, subject to deductions (if any) for damage, late return, or violation of terms.

5. Accident Excess

Without Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):

• Own Damage (OD): $2,500
• Third Party (TP): $2,500

With Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):

• Own Damage (OD): $800
• Third Party (TP): $800

6. Collision Damage Waiver (Optional)

• Lessee may opt to reduce liability for accident excess by purchasing a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at $6/day.
• Total CDW Cost (Optional): $90 for 15 days
• Lessee opts IN for CDW ($90 total; reduced excess)
• Lessee opts OUT of CDW (standard excess applies)

7. Responsibilities of Lessee

• Must hold a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence or equivalent international permit.
• Shall operate the vehicle in a lawful and responsible manner.
• Shall not allow any unauthorised driver to operate the vehicle.
• Responsible for all traffic, parking, and ERP fines incurred during the lease.
• Shall return the vehicle in the same condition, with at least 50% battery level (as it is an electric vehicle).
• No smoking, vaping, or transport of illegal goods in the vehicle.

8. Insurance

• Vehicle is covered under a comprehensive insurance policy.
• Lessee is liable for the above-stated accident excess unless CDW is opted in.

9. Vehicle Condition

• Vehicle will be handed over clean and in good working condition.
• Lessee shall return the vehicle clean and in similar condition (normal wear and tear excepted).

10. Termination & Cancellation

• Early termination by Lessee is not entitled to refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Lessor may terminate agreement immediately for misuse or breach of terms.
